What do your favorite places feel like?

Here is your chance to start looking at your home like a Voodoo doll of yourself. What do you need to let go of so that you can take care of it? Enjoy it? Allow important parts of it to grow? What do you want to bring in that you can see is missing? What would you like to rearrange and position differently in your house, and in yourself? What would it bring you joy see shining brighter, if you could just keep the dust off it and move it into the light?

Practicing Feng Shui is an experiment in consciously tinkering with the subconscious interaction between planetary and mental energies. What an exciting project! Our decisions of what to keep with us, around us in our homes, and continually present in our minds are an opportunity to invite much more ease, momentum, energy, relief, and amusement in.

If you’re interested in being more connected with your dreams each day, it only makes sense to align the space around you with your intentions, and allow it to support you in the moments where your energy or focus falters, as well as the moments where your inspiration rises up, and you would like the world around you to match your spark.

Can you picture your dream bedroom? Your dream kitchen? Dream closet? Dream workspace? Let’s create it, take away the obstacles, confront procrastinated decisions, and honor the potential of your time by actively guiding what you keep in it.

Feng Shui, Sacred Home Time, and Making Spaces Magnetic

How do I know if this is for me?

  • You have difficulty protecting the time to address clutter and make decisions about how the arrangement of objects in your home could serve you better.

  • You benefit from one-on-one conversations, feedback on questions that don’t seem to have a place to go yet, and accountability support in your missions.

  • You would like to make some changes to the way you feel and spend your time in your home.

  • You are eager to get certain tasks you’ve had resistance to done now.

  • You are seeking additional methods for attracting more opportunities into your life.

  • You would like to experience more ease, excitement, and power in hosting friends and family at your house.

  • You want to have more positive interactions with yourself and feel flattered by your home.

  • You may be moving soon and would like the next home you find to suit you perfectly.

Though we will reference and draw inspiration from all the pillars of Feng Shui practice (the Bagua map for dedication-based space layouts, consciousness of yin and yang and elemental energies in color and placement, awareness of the Commands position, and general attentiveness to qi flow and visibility outcomes), homemaking is an intuitive and self-connective process.

As we move through your home, we will notice what touching, seeing, and being in different parts of it feels like, and hold space to be surprised by how hard or easy it is to do certain things there. We will spend time visualizing what you want for the space, and allow that vision to guide us through the sometimes very heavy process of changing what we own and how we position it around ourselves.

My approach to supporting projects in Feng Shui, enjoying your house, and magnetizing new opportunities is to set our intention on enjoying the process itself. As we work through the steps to creating a healthy and nurturing dream space, I will incorporate mindfulness practices, trauma release exercises, well-timed breaks, creative frameworks, a few cheap tricks for making anything more fun, and many supportive questions into the process, guiding us back to our observational, curious, and playful selves as we face the hard stuff.
