I use my background in artistic communication, somatic processing, philosophies of mind, high-intensity project management, and transformative tidying to help people access and apply headspaces that empower them.

  • What seems most powerful to me is somatic synchronization, tactile meditation and visual mantras, yin yoga, certain breathwork practices, running, belly dance, tremor release exercises (TRE®), singing, dancing, playing instruments, confrontational action, acting, creative writing, spending time in nature, developing connections that serve your intention to heal, nourishing yourself, and having spaciousness in life in general. And most of all, to find the right timing and doses for you for all these different kinds of medicine, which means reading, connecting with, and loving yourself deeply.

    These are what I share with people I work with who are also looking for a way to rinse and release trauma response cycles with physically-vibrational, somatic healing, and reengaging your creative mind to effectively protect you from real and imaginary threats.

  • You can make physical gestures to create magnetic voids in your life and yourself through releasing objects and organizing the placement of what you own around yourself with intention.

    Tidying is an access point to learn to listen to your inner voice and make space for the life you want.

  • We giggle through the resistance. You get to feel guided and stay at rest in your flow.

    Picture list-making with expert accountability and task-management support. We will create research plans together for knowing and getting what you want. We will practice answering scary questions in easy bite-sized pieces. We will make the phone calls and send the texts.

    Picture writing mantras that actually resonate with you, crafting drafts of your guiding values together, identifying guiding lights, and conducting some visualization experiments. We will practice seeing, navigating, and invoking powerful archetypes with intention.

    Picture orchestrating favors, commitments, and surprises for yourself that make follow-through on difficult tasks inevitable.

    We will leverage your escapism to get things done together, working with internal resistance instead of against it.

  • I charge $75.00 an hour for most of my services and offer sliding-scale access-pricing when I can, case-by-case. Please reach out if this is something you could benefit from.

    I also offer package deals at a discount, and you can periodically find me at local events where pricing varies.

  • I meet with people in person and remotely. You can check my availability and book with me online through my online booking, or you can reach out to me directly to talk about what the ideal way to meet would be for you.

    I am local to Madison, WI, right now, but my location sometimes changes for in person meetings, so reach out to me if you would like to meet in person and see if we are crossing paths.

    Sometimes I travel to clients abroad to support them through concentrated projects in person for a certain period of time.
