  • I charge $55.00 an hour for my time and I offer sliding-scale access-pricing when I can, case-by-case. I also offer package deals at a discount to individuals and a handful of free sessions to organizations that I want to support. You can periodically find me at local events where pricing varies.

  • No prep needed. You can arrive mid-thought. Sometimes “getting ready” is just another way to procrastinate looking at what’s here right now, and working with that, which is what we will do.

  • My personal search to find a trauma therapist who could really help me guided me through a lot of experiments, from TF-CBT to EMDR to hypnosis to bondage therapy to shamanism to ritual dance to acting classes, and so on…

    What seems most powerful to me is tactile meditation and visual mantras, yin yoga, certain breathwork practices, running, belly dance, tremor release exercises (TRE®), singing, playing instruments, confrontational action, acting, creative writing, spending time in nature, developing connections that serve your intention to heal, and having spaciousness in life in general.

    These are what I share with people I work with who are also looking for a way to rinse and release trauma response cycles with physically-vibrational, somatic healing, and reengaging your creative mind to protect you from imaginary threats - to stop feeling so unsafe when there is really nobody chasing you now in this moment.

  • I meet with people in person and remotely. You can check my availability and book with me online through my online booking, or you can reach out to me directly to talk about what the ideal way to meet would be for you.

    I am local to Madison, WI, right now, but my location sometimes changes for in person availability, so reach out to discuss if you would like to meet in person.

    Occasionally, I travel to clients abroad to support them through concentrated projects in person for a certain period of time.

    We will leverage your escapism to get things done together, working with internal resistance instead of against it.
