What do sessions look like?

During a session together, we locate sources of stress, sources of confusion, and recurring pain points, and we figure out what to do with them by giving space to messages you receive from your body and responding to those messages with acts of dedication.

We also locate sources of energy, excitement, and joy. We discover and clarify your values that you can always come back to, bring your intentions into focus, and empower your logic practice and sense of self-trust.

What else?

Picture list-making, dialogue on your living room floor or in transit, trauma release posture sequences, visualization experiments, physical gestures towards creating magnetic voids in your life and yourself through releasing objects and organizing the placement of what you own around yourself with intention, practicing mudra magic, sketching out concepts as they relate in your mind, writing mantras that actually resonate with you, answering scary questions in easy bite-sized pieces, seeing, navigating, and invoking powerful archetypes with intention, and leveraging escapism to get things done together, working with internal resistance instead of against it, making the phone calls or sending the texts, crafting drafts of your guiding values together, creating research plans for knowing and getting what you want, and orchestrating favors, commitments, and surprises for yourself to make follow-through on difficult tasks inevitable.
